Ute's Birthday

Soon after Agy's birthday on January 21st,
we celebrated Ute's birthday on Tuesday, January 29th.

Yummy pancakes in the morning.

We are in Vancouver, a city which has a lot of rain and especially in the winter time it rains almost every day.... So, what do you do in Vancouver on a rainy day?

We decided to go to the Bloedel Floral Conservatory.

The glas bubble has a variety of tropical and desert plants and birds.

It is warm and dry inside.

The Conservatory is small and you will be done in 30 minutes if you walk slow. So there was still time to take a walk in the park.

At home, we closed the day by enjoying a piece of Ute's birthday cake and hot chocolate from Starbucks.
